I always make sure to snap a few photos during your ceremony — not because I’m trying to outshine your professional photographer, but because it’s lovely to have something right away to look back on and share. Plus, on the very slim chance your photographer is abducted by aliens, chased off by a runaway llama, or otherwise tragically unavailable, you’ll at least have a few keepsakes to hold onto. Don’t worry, my officiant skills far outshine my photography ones — but I promise to capture the joy, laughter, and love in the moment.
