I think most people will agree that the entrance of the Ring Bearer and Flower Girl are often some of the memorable parts of a wedding. But, have we prepared them?
The Ring Bearer mainly needs to walk down the aisle and bring the rings safely to the front. But the Flower Girl has extra work and we may need to give her a little more information. It’s hard to try to figure out what they mean when they tell you to toss out the flowers as you walk.
Without a practice with some thing in that basket, it can be confusing. How much, where and when? Will I run out before I get to the front? Big handfulls or just a few at a time? Toss them to my side or on the path?
If parents can do a few practice runs with easy to pick up materials (like Legos) in those cute baskets, it will be a lot less stressful for this young member of the wedding party. And there will probably be fewer melt downs on the wedding day.
